Terms of Service

The business

YAF Tile Installation provides tile installation and related remodel work — including floors, showers, plumbing, drywall, and framing — primarily in Tampa, Florida and nearby towns. Longer jobs farther away may be accepted with lead time.

The website is a way to see our work, request an estimate, and leave a review. It is not a bid, a contract, or a guarantee of schedule or price until we confirm the job in writing or by a signed agreement.

Estimates are not contracts

An estimate request, a travel quote, a quick form, or a YAF Measure™ preview is a request for information. Photos, dimensions, and automated previews are approximate. Site conditions can change the scope.

We may call or email to clarify the work, decline a job, or ask for a site visit before we price it. A price, start date, or travel plan is binding only when we confirm it with you.

Submitting an estimate does not reserve a date. Materials, permits, and other trades — when they apply — are handled as we discuss on the job.

Service area and travel

Tampa and nearby work is our normal area. Jobs outside that area need enough scope and notice for the trip. Travel time, mileage, lodging, or related fees may apply and will be stated before we accept the work.

Your responsibilities

When you send a request or a review, you agree that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share photos of the space. You will not upload illegal, harassing, or infringing content, or photos of people who have not agreed to be shown.

You are responsible for providing safe access to the job site, truthful details about the work, and any owner approvals needed for the project.

Reviews

Reviews submitted on this site may be held for approval. We may publish, hide, or remove a review that is off-topic, abusive, fake, or that includes private information. A review on this site is separate from a review you post on Google.

If you use a Google review link we provide, you leave that review on Google under Google’s terms. We may display public Google rating data and, when available, public review text on the site.

Admin tools and Google connection

The admin console, review invites, media library, and Google Business connection are for authorized YAF staff only. Staff must keep login details private and disconnect Google access if a device or account is no longer used.

Connecting Google Business Profile grants YAF permission to read listing information and reviews so we can keep the website and admin tools current. Use of that connection must stay limited to operating this business.

Intellectual property

The YAF name, logo, site design, copy, and photos of our completed work are owned by YAF Tile Installation or used with permission. You may not copy the site, scrape it, or reuse our project photos for another contractor’s marketing without written consent.

By sending photos of your space, you grant YAF a license to use them to quote the job and, for approved public reviews, to display them on the site. Job photos that are not part of a public review stay in the client record.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into the admin tools, overload the site, harvest contact details, submit automated spam, or use the forms for anything other than a real estimate or review. We may block access that looks abusive.

Third-party services

The site may send you to Google, Facebook, maps, phone, or email apps. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Disclaimer

The site, previews, and automated summaries are provided as-is for information. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or that a preview will match the finished install. Tile, layout, and lighting on a finished job can differ from photos and digital previews.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, YAF is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, an estimate request, or a review submission. Our liability related to the site itself is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, to use the website — which is none.

Work we perform at a job site is governed by the estimate, invoice, or written agreement for that job — not by these website terms alone.

Indemnity

You agree to hold YAF harmless from claims that arise from content you submit, photos you did not have the right to share, or your misuse of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Hillsborough County, Florida have exclusive venue for disputes about the website, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. If a change is material, we will post the new terms on this page.
